Reviews and Ratings
The one-bedroom suite was spacious with many amenities for the price, but there were some cleanliness issues with a berry smoothie spilt down one wall and smudges on another, perhaps due to too much furniture in the room.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a charming fireplace, offering a great view of the mountains. However, being right above the busy main bus terminal and road made it quite noisy day and night. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and polite, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable, perfect for skiers with easy access to the Excalibur gondola and other attractions. The dining experience, though, fell short with limited options and expensive extras. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with a functional small kitchen, but being at the back of the hotel meant it was relatively quiet. The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient, although a bit noisy. The dining options were limited but satisfactory for a quick bite. Overall, a good value for the price.
Staying at the hotel was truly an unforgettable experience. The spacious rooms offered breathtaking views and I loved having a fireplace and top-notch furniture to enjoy. The only drawback was the unexpected fold-down bed, but that didn't dampen my stay.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and well stocked, perfect for traveling with kids. The service was extremely courteous and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. The location was right on the slope, though it needs a bit of modernizing. The dining experience was excellent, although it was an extra charge. Overall, a cozy spot for a family vacation.
The hotel offers a pretty basic room experience that was not clean upon check-in. The wifi signal was unreliable, and the cable connection was intermittent, making it feel like a cheap stay. However, the room, despite its basic nature, was surprisingly spacious and equipped with everything needed to feel at home.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel – it's in a fabulous location, close to everything. The rooms are always clean and comfy, but a bit smaller than expected. The staff really made our birthday celebration special, though some seemed less attentive. The hotel's laundrette was a helpful touch for traveling light.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although smaller than expected and noisy from local bars and the shipping dock, fell short of cleanliness standards with unreliable WiFi and intermittent cable connection. On the bright side, the location was perfect for skiing and provided easy access to Whistler Village, but the noise level could be a downside. Service was warm and extremely helpful, although some staff members seemed disinterested at times, offering excellent assistance throughout my stay.
The hotel is well-located in a beautiful area of Whistler with a mountain backdrop, offering spacious and clean rooms with a little kitchenette. The service exceeded my expectations with genuine compassion, though there were some additional costs. Dining options were satisfactory for breakfast. The hotel is at the top of the Village stroll, perfect for relaxation after skiing.
